Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Postfax.io. This Refund Policy explains eligibility, process, and timelines for refunds on paid subscriptions.

1. Free Trial

Our 3-day free trial does not require payment. No charges apply and no refund is necessary during the trial period.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed in advance. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund requests for the current billing period may be considered within 7 days of payment if you have sent fewer than 10 pages and experienced a verified technical issue that prevented normal use of the service.

Partial refunds for unused pages within a billing cycle are not provided unless required by applicable law.

3. Enterprise & Custom Plans

Refund terms for enterprise and custom contracts are defined in your signed agreement. Contact your account manager or [email protected] for assistance.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not available for: successful fax transmissions, account suspension due to policy violations, or requests made after the 7-day window for monthly plans.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, order ID, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
